2.1 How to wash leafy vegetables

To wash leafy vegetables, you need to pick them up and then soak them in clean water for about 10 minutes to remove dirt from the vegetables. Then, wash each vegetable leaf directly under clean running water and soak in diluted salt for about 5 minutes. Finally, rinse the vegetables with clean water to remove excess water remaining on the vegetables.

2.2 Root vegetables

Therefore, flowering vegetables are quite safe that you can buy. Before processing, you need to pick up the flower part. Then soak in dilute salt water for about 5 minutes. Finally, rinse thoroughly with clean water.

2.4 How to wash fruit and vegetable

Popular fruit vegetables such as cucumber, pumpkin, zucchini, gourd, tomato, ... will be less susceptible to bacterial contamination than leafy vegetables. However, fruit vegetables often contain large amounts of pesticides and pesticides if growers harvest early, and the excess of drugs on the fruit has not been exhausted.
